    Marketing Account Handler

    We are looking for a Marketing Account Handler to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Marketing Account Handler’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned accounts, help manage events & campaigns, own the social media channels and liaise with stakeholders onsite.

    Responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, answering client queries, writing blogs and creating social media content.

    You will need to be highly motivated and organised as you will need to be able to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously.

    This position will require regular travel to shopping centre clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Building relationships with retailers, suppliers, clients and other
      stakeholders
    • Work closely with Account Manager to ensure the timely and
      successful delivery of campaigns and events
    • Own the social media channels for your clients
    • Write regular seasonal blogs
    • Prepare regular reports on digital and onsite activities
    • Budget planning and maintenance
    • Regular site visits

    Requirements and Skills

    • Proven work experience in Marketing
    • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key
      stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
    • Solid experience with Microsoft Office
    • Ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time,
      while maintaining sharp attention to detail
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Driving license and car
